Unfollowing vs Blocking
Even if I unfollow somebody, tweets from them are still seen in my timeline once they mention me using @ sign. The only way to eliminate them from my timeline is blocking them. But, it’s not the way of two-way communication, so called in nowadays Korean society.
My guess is that @kimjuha must have thought about those communication — blocking them, giving herself up, or leaving them whatever they do — and made her decision to quit from tweeting.
As well as, she might not realise the power of direct communication with public before starting tweeting. Before herself starting this, she might be a sort of the third person from public opinion. However, after starting it, she became the individual standing in the middle of opinion stream and leading their opinion. Maybe she thought it’s too hard for her to manage it without preparation.
Well, we all agree tweeting is addicting and I hope she will come back soon with a management solution. :)
